SUCCESSFUL WEIGHING & SACKING CARP
1. Always make sure that any sacks, slings or mats are wet before placing fish in or on them,
2, Get your scales, weigh sling and unhooking mat organised and ready for use beforehand so that the fish is not left out of the water for too long or left unattended,
3. When weighing make sure that your unhooking mat is directly underneath the fish,
4. Only keep one fish to each sack regardless of size,
5. Always place the sack in as deep and as well-oxygenated water as possible,
6. Avoid sacking fish in hot conditions and keep sacking times as short as possible.
