8mm high density foam is comfortable and offers supreme insulation in cold conditions. In warmer weather simply remove again.

One size fits all! Simply cut to the right size using the guide marks provided and insert into position. Sizes range from UK 6 to 12 (Europe 39 - 47).

2 types: Standard for narrow fitting trainers (sneakers) or Big Foot for larger/wider boots.
