ALL ROUND
A classic looking carp rod with a full Portuguese cork handle, full parabolic action and a liberal amount of rings for lighter
line presentation. The number of Shimano Hardlite rings means this also doubles up for trotting for large chub and barbel or even lighter legering for bream, tench or perch. There are two configurations; 12ft and 11ft. The shorter
version will find favour with many traditional carp anglers who remember the good old days when all carp rods were that length. Cosmetics are toned down with satin finish, black whippings and gold sign writing for that special retro
feel. But its not just about image the rods are perfect for many forms of carping and much much more. |
 ANTARES SPECIALIST ROD
A fantastic all-rounder for tench, barbel, bream, chub, and perch, this two
piece twin topped model has a test curve rating of around 1lb 6oz.
Its' progressive action gives a steady build-up of power toward the butt,
allowing more pressure to be put on a fish when it needs to be dragged away
from cover. |
